A thriving town

“Port Kembla used to be a thriving town, there were seven banks, every bank you could name and I worked with Fox Brothers and I’d go and do the banking every day and I’d have to push past people waiting at the bus stop down on the corner down there, waiting for buses to go to work and Wollongong and wherever they were going. It was really busy.”
